3. Service Area

We provide services in North Charleston, SC and surrounding areas including Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Mt. Pleasant, Hanahan, Ladson, Moncks Corner, Dorchester County, and White Church Place. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Pricing and Payment

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply to returned checks.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled time window, delays may occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any changes to your appointment time.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer a workmanship warranty on our services. The specific warranty period varies by service type and will be provided at the time of service.

Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment and parts installed by Maximum Air Experts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you with warranty claims for equipment we install.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximum Air Experts shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Pre-existing conditions or defects in your HVAC system not caused by our services
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance of equipment after our service
• Service interruptions caused by utility providers or external factors

8. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your HVAC system and the issues you are experiencing
• Ensure safe access to the work area for our technicians
• Inform us of any known hazards or conditions that may affect our work
• Secure pets during service appointments
• Have an adult (18+) present during service calls
• Follow maintenance recommendations to maintain warranty coverage

9. Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency HVAC services. Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling. Emergency services are subject to technician availability.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Maximum Air Experts and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Indemnification
